Refund & Exchange Policy – Jacquard

 

1. Overview

At Jacquard, we take pride in offering premium men’s shemaghs and accessories made to the highest standards.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law.

 

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible for exchange or refund if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The original box, tag, and packaging are intact.

  • The customer provides proof of purchase or order number.

Not eligible if:

  • The shemagh has been opened, worn, ironed, or washed.

  • Packaging has been removed, damaged, or altered.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue when you contact us.

 

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (KNET, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

  • Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway may be non-refundable.

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are available for a different color or design, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is not available, you may choose another design or request a refund.

  • For non-defective returns, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos of the product (if defective or incorrect)

We will provide you with the return instructions and pickup details once your request is approved.
